This research describes the dimensions of institutional capacity building as a mechanism to help mental health institutions achieve their goals.

These dimensions are strategic planning, human resources management, program management, financial resources management, coordination with other institutions, and accordingly this research aims to determine the extent to which mental health institutions benefit from operations.

Capacity building for (strategic planning for programs - human resources management - program management - financial resources management - coordination with other institutions) in helping them achieve their goals.

The study found in its most important results that the level of the institutional capacity building dimensions in mental health institutions to help them achieve their goals is high.

The results of the study also confirmed that strategic planning, human resource management is one of the most important dimensions of building institutional capacity in mental health institutions to help them achieve their goals.
