This study aimed at exploring the services and activities offered to students with disabilities at private universities and their relationships with psychological empowerment.

in order to achieve the objectives of our study, two measures have been developed.

the first measure was the services and activities scale; consisting of (33) items and the second measure was the psychological empowerment scale ; consisting of (21) items.

they were measured against four dimensions : efficiency, influence, meaning and independence.

reliability and validity of both instruments have been obtained.

both scales have been administered during the second semester (2018/2019) on a sample of (139) students with disabilities (hearing impairment, visual impairment and physical impairment) who were studying at private universities in Amman, Jordan.

they were selected using convenience method.

there were (121) easy to analyze questionnaires.

the samples consisted of (75) males and (46) females.

the results of the study showed that there is a medium level of services and activities which is offered to students with disabilities, at the same time there is the highest level of psychological empowerment.

there was, also, a positive correlation between services and activities offered to students with disabilities at private universities as well as psychological empowerment.

the study recommended the need for reviewing the services provided and the various students activity programs which encourages the students with disabilities to participate in them, in consistent with the specificity of the students disabilities.

also, the study recommended the implementation and the continuation of these programs.
