The study aimed to determine the level of participatory planning in university youth care bodies, determine the level of social responsibility among university youth, determine the dimensions of participatory planning most related to strengthening social responsibility among university youth, determine the difficulties facing the contributions of participatory planning in strengthening social responsibility among university youth, identify proposals Activating the contributions of participatory planning in strengthening social responsibility among university youth, reaching a set of mechanisms to activate the contributions of participatory planning in strengthening social responsibility among university youth.

This study belongs to the type of descriptive studies, and the spatial boundaries of the study were represented in the Faculty of Social Work, Helwan University, the sample social survey for university youth in the fourth year - regularity at the Faculty of Social Work, Helwan University, in the academic year 2020/2021, and their number (326) singles, the comprehensive social survey of those responsible for services Caring for university youth at the Faculty of Social Work at Helwan University, whose number is (29) single, and represents the time limits of the study during the period of conducting the field study, which started from 15/3/2021 to 22/4/2021.
