This research aims to explain the legal framework governing the management of administrative investigation sessions by the administrative authority.

we have divided this research into three sections.

in the first section, we dealt with the skills and authorities of the administrative investigator to manage the investigative session.

in the second section, we dealt with the procedural and objective guarantees of the employee during the investigation sessions.

in the third section, we dealt with the art of managing administrative investigation sessions and investigating disciplinary violations.
