Abstract EN

The study aimed to research the social and economic effects of increasing fees on expatriate workers in Al-Sobhi Company in Jeddah, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used, where a questionnaire was developed to collect data.

The study population consisted of all foreign workers at Al-Sobhi Company in Jeddah, and their number was (300) workers.

The study sample was chosen randomly as it consisted of (286) foreign workers in Al-Sobhi Company in Jeddah, and the results concluded that the arithmetic averages were very high and high for the field of impact of the increase in fees on expatriate workers in Al-Subhi Company in Jeddah in social and economic terms, and the results also showed that there were no Statistically significant differences in all fields according to the variables (age, years of experience, and educational qualification).

The study recommends the necessity for Al-Subhi Company in Jeddah to develop mechanisms and strategic plans to reduce fees on expatriate workers.
