International convention effective role in providing protection to the category for which they came, but in fact, the reality of elderly men and women is not covered by that protection.

For starters, there is no special agreement for the elderly, nor is there any protection through international laws that obliges countries to take appropriate measures.

Regarding the elderly, this means the ence of monitoring bodies and the ence of an individual complaints mechanism.

Therefore, today we need an international agreement to emphasize the rights of the elderly and to establish a system for monitoring the issue of states in everything related to the situation of the elderly, and until the creation of this agreement, it is necessary to know the legal status of the elderly through the international and national legal system and to determine what the rights of the elderly are in the conventions International and national laws through this research paper.
