Usage water allocated to drinking in other purpose not allocated I chose this topic, which deals with the places where some Muslims put water for the purpose of drinking, either in a public road, or in the mosque or near it, and made it under the title of "Usage water allocated to drinking in other purpose not allocated".

The subject of the study was presented with an introduction, two sections and a conclusion, as follows: Introduction: It includes the importance of the subject, the research objectives, the previous studies, the research methodology, and the research plan.

The first section: usage of drinking water, which the author declaration that it is intended for drinking in what is not allocated for it, and divide to two branches: The second section: usage of drinking water, whose author did not declaration that it is intended for drinking, in other than what was placed for, and divide to two branches: Conclusion: The most important results and recommendations.

The Muslim should avoid the use of such water for purposes other than the purpose assigned to it, especially if the author has declaration its specificity for drinking, and this shall be done in accordance with the conditions of the author.

As for what the author not declaration as allocated for drinking, The ruling that the custom of the people is applicable in such a case.

This is because the custom is applied in the absence of any restriction in the law.
