Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify faculty members' practice level of modern higher-education teaching strategies at the University of Ha'il from their perspective, and the impact of each of the two variables (specialization and teaching experience) on the implementation of modern teaching strategies.

The researcher also adopted the descriptive survey method.

To achieve the goals of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (13) paragraphs that measure the use and practice of faculty members of modern university teaching strategies.

The study sample consisting of (158) faculty members from two faculties - (180) members from College of Education and (70) members from College of Sciences at the University of Ha'ill.

The sample was chosen in a random, stratified from the study community.

The results of the study revealed that the level of faculty members' practice of modern higher-education teaching strategies at the University of Hail was average.

There are also statistically significant differences attributable to specialization while the study showed that there are no statistically significant differences attributable to teaching experience.
