تختلف السبل المؤدية لإنهاء الحجر وفقا لاختلاف أسباب صدور قرار الحجر، فقد ينتهي الحجر بانتفاء الحاجة إليه أو انتفاء السبب الذي من أجله صدر قرار الحجر أو أن ينتهي من خلال شفاعة أو وساطة أو قد يكون نهايته بنهاية صاحب القرار الذي فرض الحجر أو بعفو أو بموت المحجور عليه نفسه.
Abstract EN
The Reasons leading to ending the quarantine vary according to the base of the decision.
The quarantine may end with the end of the need for it Or the reason for which the quarantine was issued ends or it ends through intercession or its end will be with the end of the decision – maker who imposed the quarantine or by the death of the quarantine
