Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the employment of public relations in the management of crises facing banks in various stages.

The study used the analytical descriptive method, and it tried to answer many of the most important questions: To what extent does public relations employ in reducing financial crises? The study included Four chapters, the first chapter contains the methodological framework, the second chapter deals with public relations in financial institutions, chapter three included crisis management, while Chapter Four was the study area.

The study came out with a number of results, the most important of which are: The public relations of Faisal Islamic Bank deal with crises according to planned planning, and those public relations are taking preventive measures before the crisis.

Based on the results, the studyrecommended the following: add a new department of public relations under the name of (crisis management) to take over the task of dealing with the crisis and planning in various stages establishing corporation should clear plans and designing strategies for dealing with crises and be ready to confront crises.

Paying attention to Develop strategic plans for senior management so as not to be an obstacle to the solution of crises.
