Legal framework of sustainable development in Algeria

Recently, the concept of sustainable development has gained great importance at all levels, especially in light of the exacerbation of environmental problems due to economic development; which aims primarily to increase production and consumption; and achieve people's well-being without taking into account the ecosystems' capabilities.

This research paper aims to define the concept of sustainable development and shed light on the most important environmental laws within the framework of sustainable development in Algeria.
