يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على إجراءات التحقيق في المادة المدنية باعتبارها أدوات لتحقيق الحكامة القضائية باستعراض المستجد من الأحكام في تنفيذ وبطلان إجراءات التحقيق في قانون الإجراءات المدنية والإدارية، والوقوف عند النقائص التي لم يتعرض إليها المشرع بغية تحقيق رهان الحكامة القضائية للإثبات وإنجاز العدالة.
Abstract EN
The present research aims to shed light on investigative measures in civil matters, as tools to realize the judicial governance by showing the new dispositions of the execution and nullity of those measures in civil proceedings and marking the cases which are not mentioned by the lawmaker to achieve a complete justice.
