The international community has been concerned with protecting human rights in times of peace and war through the arsenal of international and regional conventions and covenants to which states have committed themselves, but which have assigned children special protection, whether at the level of national or international legislation, especially in times of armed conflict, as international humanitarian law guarantees children special protection during armed conflicts.

that children be the subject of special respect, and that they are guaranteed protection against any form of violence and in the face of the spread and expansion of this phenomenon, the child has not been spared from it, but has become primarily concerned with it.

therefore, it is necessary to define the special legal system for the child by studying the concept of the child in terms of legal within the framework of both international humanitarian law and the law of armed conflict.
