Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the degree of practice of headmasters in governmental secondary schools at Salah al-Deen governorate in Iraq with strategic management and its relation with administrative creativity from perspective of educational supervisors.

the researcher used correlational descriptive method and developed two tools to collect information, first of which consisted of (30) items of strategic management distributed into four domains, while second consisted of (20) items of administrative creative measurement.

the two tools of study were distributed to population of study consisted to (175) male and female educational supervisors at Salah al-Deen governorate in Iraq.

the findings of study showed that the degree of practice of headmasters in governmental secondary schools at Salah al-Deen governorate to strategic management was medium.

the findings of study also showed that the level of administrative creativity by schools headmasters was likewise medium.

moreover, the study concluded that there was positive direct correlational relationship between the degree to practice strategic management and level of administrative creativity by headmasters in schools at Salah al-Deen governorate from perspective of educational supervisors.

in light of study findings, the researcher recommended the following : holding training courses for schools headmasters aiming to improve their practice to strategic management.
