كان للجمعيات باعتبارها إحدى تنظيمات المجتمع المدني مساهمة فعالة في مجابهة جائحة كورونا (كوفييدــ 19)، و هو ما نجم عنه تأثير كبير في مجال القانون، و هو ما أقره المشرع الجزائري في التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020.
نهدف من و راء هذا المقال الى تبيان الإطار القانوني لهذه المساهمة و تبيان مدى التأثير و كذا استشراف الوضع القانوني للجمعيات مستقبلا، بما يضمن لها الفعالية أكثر في ممارسة نشاطا تها في مختلف الميادين باعتبارالمجتمع المدني أحد أوجه قوة الدولة في العصر الحديث و الذي تلجأ اليه خاصة في مجابهة الأزمات التي تعترضها في مختلف الميادين
Abstract EN
The associations, as one of the civil society organizations, had an effective contribution to the fight against the Corona pandemic (Covid 19), which had a significant impact in the field of law, which was approved by the Algerian legislator in the constitutional amendment of 2020.
We aim behind this article to clarify the legal framework of this contribution and to clarify the extent of the influence, as well as to foresee the legal status of companies in the future, in order to guarantee them more efficiency in the exercise.
