This study deals with the The administrative control mechanisms to prtocte personel data in Algerian legislation, with looking to the impact of rapid progress in the field of information and communication technology to the privacy of individuals, which encouraged the legislator to establishement of the National authority for the protection of personel data as authority police ensure that rights and freedoms of individuals are not compromised, this requires looking for effectiveness the various mechanisms of intervention that authority enjoys, to control the irregularities and to take the necessary measures, and it has been concluded that non-installation of national authority is an impediment to their oversight role, it is what needs to expedite their installation and enable to perform fuction to protecte personel data.
