The failure of the constitutional fonder to assume the conditions that may be imposed by the reality of the condition leading to the president leaving the office forcibly constituting a constitutional vacuum on the one hand, which makes these cases-like many other issues-in the circle of justice debate about a the legal adaptation of one side and between the analysis of the resignation that may be in reality no voluntary, especially since the constitutional text didn't include compulsory resignation, except for those related to the final impediment to the exercises of constitutional powers on the other hand.
