The withdrawal of the state from organizing labor relations has resulted in a fundamental change in procedures for settling labor disputes, and in order to achieve professional stability and social peace within the institutions, the legislator enters by imposing peremptory rules of public order, including mechanisms that the social partners resort to in settling their disputes, and even preventing them.

Among them is the adoption of the reconciliation procedure as a means of settlement of Labor conflicts.
