Abstract EN

The study aimed at knowing the priorities of ethical skills which a faculty member should practise from the point of view of the faculty members in the faculty of education، University of Hail، to reach a suggested point of view.

To achieve that aim،we depended on a referrundom of 28 paragraphs distributed on four axis represented in ethical skills the faculty should practise with students،workmates، the society outside the university and during doing researches.Then distributed on a sample of 120 members.The results of the study has approved rise of the importance of ethical skills which the faculty should practise which are mentioned in all the paragraphs of the study and pivots from the point of view of the sample.The percentages are very high، so the researcher adopted it in building his view for the priorities of the ethical skills of the faculty arranged as per importance from the point of view of the samplers.

The study has recommended that the faculty should realize the priorities of the ethical skills which the study has already reached and has been agreed upon to a high precentage and practise it.In addition, it is recommneded to conduct similar studies show the importance of the commitment of the faculty to the ethical skills and the efects of that on the results of the students and the development of the society
