Abstract EN

This study defines the level of visual management and its relation to the administrative excellence of secondary school principals in Balqa governorate from the point of view of their teachers, the study relied on the descriptive survey correlative method, the sample of the study consisted of(222) teachers, and (25%) of the study population.

in order to achieve the objectives of the study, a tool for the study was developed.

it consisted of two parts.

the first part measures the level of visual management.

it consists of (30) items distributed over (3) areas.

the second part : measures the level of administrative excellence, and consists of (37) paragraphs distributed over (4) areas.

the results showed the level of visual management of the principals of secondary schools in the province of Balqa from the point of view of their teachers came to a medium degree, and the level of administrative excellence of the principals of secondary schools in the province of Balqa from the point of view of their teachers came to a medium degree, the existence of a positive correlation between the level of visual management and the level of administrative excellence of the principals of secondary schools in the province of Balqa from the point of view of their teachers amounted to (0.73) a statistically significant value.

the study recommended applying a visual management approach in achieving administrative excellence in schools, developing school programs by principals by implementing courses and workshops that help them in developing, and training school principals on how to develop plans that contribute to reducing school wastage.
