Crisis management is a prerequisite for the success of organizations and overcoming their crises, and to emphasize this highlights the problem of research in increasing the risk of crises to the future of organizations, and for the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study adopted the questionnaire form and was answered by 52 employees/staff at the Institute of Management/Resafa and the answers were analyzed by the adoption of the statistical program SPSS, As a result of the study the need to adopt a sophisticated method of crisis management, as it is considered one of the mechanisms of regulators to face the risks, but the most prominent recommendations are the creation of an effective and sophisticated alarm device covering various sectors and levels and activate the work of the audit committees and support them in full and the study may be a modest contribution to other researchers.
