English Abstract

The current research aims to know the effectiveness of a proposed training program based on the systems approach in developing e-learning skills for middle school teachers.

Where the researchers put those needs in a sequential questionnaire according to the priorities of training, and the researchers chose the needs that got high acceptance according to the opinions of teachers to build the electronic program, and (30) sub-skills that fall within the previous five axes were presented.

The program is from a note card, and it was applied before starting the training program on a sample of (20) middle school teachers.

After applying the program to the sample, the tool was applied afterwards, and the results indicated a statistically significant effect of the training program on the skill side.
