Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the role of excellence management in achieving strategic agility within Telecom Egypt, by the proper choosing of strategic objectives and clarifying the strategic vision.

The study examines the main hypothetic relationship that states "there is a statistically significant effect of excellence management on achieving strategic agility".

A number of (130) survey forms were distributed, and it was found that only (109) forms were valid for statistical analysis, i.

e.

(83.9% ) of all the forms that have been distributed.

The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the variables (leadership, goals and objectives, human resources, community service) have significant effect on achieving strategic agility.

Finally, the study recommended the necessity of participating in government excellence programs, also focusing on measuring public opinion towards community service, and depending on administrative excellence in promoting strategic agility.
