English Abstract

Social issues are considered from the constituents of any nation and civilization, and by the sum of its power, adherence, stability and development you judge thatcommunity a positive judgement, and as we believe that the Islamic shariah in itstexts and legislation, purposes and spirit.

It came useful reformer for every nowand then, time and place, but in sides of life; we do not doubt that it had shared thegreatest sharing, and offered the highest models, pictures and legislations in thesocial side, as at every side, but perhaps some texts will be problematic for somefigures or misunderstand them or they are incorrect; or perhaps a negative pictureis taken about some of these social sides, the thing that asserts the necessity of thescientific investigation, search and scrutinising.

To pinpoint that came this study to discuss models of texts do not be correct ormisunderstood in basic social sides; like the family relations and feasts, and somesides that relate with adoration, and sides relate with arts and subsistence.
