Through this study, I tried to talk about the role of the legal document as a means of proof that is indispensable to the judiciary in enhancing contractual security within society and devoting confidence to the contracting parties in this document and its editor, and what controls it is subject to by many official bodies authorized by virtue of The law is to exercise this control in order to produce an official document of existence, as it is one of the most important means of proof before many authorities.

If the legal document is as old as time in Moroccan society, whether during the protection period or even after independence, as it was considered the most important document on which even the centenarians are based during the period of protection, and despite the constraints it still occupies an important place in Moroccan society.
