Enter your abstract here (an abstract is a brief, This study was conducted to reveal the degree of loyalty of secondary school teachers in the wilaya of Biskra, and to what extent it is related to some personal variables such as: age, gender, professional experience, and social status.

To achieve such an aim, we proceeded through a descriptive correlative method with its two styles; first a descriptive style through an accurate description of the variable (organizational loyalty), and second is correlative style to detect the nature and degree of relationship between loyalty and a set of organizational variables.

The study was applied on a sample of 281 male and female permanent teachers, distributed on 28 secondary schools among 42 secondary schools in the wilaya of Biskra, based on the organizational loyalty scale of Porter et al.

after the analysis of the participants’ responses by the use of the statistical program for social analysis (SPSS), the researcher revealed that the degree of the organizational loyalty of secondary school teachers in the wilaya of Biskra is intermediate with the existence of correlative relationship between the organizational loyalty of teachers and the variable of gender and no existence of correlative relationship between the teachers’ organizational loyalty and the variables of social status and professional experience.
