Moral education is one of the most important areas of general education that concerns the individual and its composition.

It is a process by which an individual is raised on morals and good qualities in a way that is consistent with his community and environment.

In this research paper, we address the importance of moral education, which is the essence of any civilization, and the secret of its survival and steadfastness throughout history, and we also address the goals it seeks to achieve, which are raising the individual to be moderate in his desires and limiting his desires, These methods are applied within the framework of various social institutions, such as the family, school, media, and other institutions entrusted by society with the task of cultivating values such as moral values, in order to achieve balance and harmony within them.

In addition, there are factors that influence the individual's moral education, which contributes to the establishment of moral values, sometimes leading to their change.
