This study aims to highlight the extent to which the entrepreneurial ecosystem depends on information technology and to shed light on the digital transformation that has affected its elements in accordance with the dynamism and flexibility featured by ecosystems in order to overcome the obstacles of quarantine and social distancing imposed by the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic.

relying on the description and analysis methodology by collecting statistical data from global statistics centers (ONS), international organizations such as the International Labor Organization and the OECD, in addition, to present leading global experiences in the field of digital transformation during the short period from the pandemic outbreak and trying to extract lessons and The results achieved as a result of this transformation, and the extent of its contribution in reducing the pandemic's damage especially to the entrepreneurial field in and to the economy in general.
