هدفت الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على واقع تعليم ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة من حيث معرفة المشكلات والعوائق الاجتماعية والتعليمية التي تواجه هذا القطاع في المجتمع التشادي، وكذلك معرفة واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم ومدى استثمارها لخدمة الفئات من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، والكشف عن واقع البحوث العلمية والدراسات التربوية التي تناولت واقع فئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في المجتمع التشادي، وللإجابة على تساؤلات البحث فقد اعتمد الباحثان على أدبيات الدراسة ذات الصلة بالموضوع إلى جانب الاطلاع على النصوص والتشريعات القانونية التي نصت على حقوق وواقع الفئات الخاصة في المجمتع التشادي.

English Abstract
The research aim at identifying the reality of education for people with special needs in Chad, in terms of knowledge of the reality of using the educational technology and how to invest it for serving people with special needs , and to identify the reality of scientific researches and educational study that deal with people with special needs in chadian society.
The research also enswer the questions of the research.
the researcher depended on the relavent litterature review, beside the reading of textes and laws that reference the right and reality of people with special needs in chadian society.
The study found results about the reality of teaching and learning for people with special needs in chadian society which is facing a lots of social and educational problems, including: -The existence of social obstacles represented in the negative social consideration toward people with special needs.
-The absence of effective educational programs to educate, train and rehabilitate people with special needs in Chadian society.
-There are no academic departments, faculties of educations, in Chadian teacher training institutes to train teachers for special needs education.
-Lack of investment in educational technology and using for teaching and learning of people with special needs.
-Lack of educational scientific research that deals with the phenomenon of people with special needs in Chadian society
