Abstract EN

This study aims to demonstrate the role of e-governance in public expenditure rationalization of countries through the mechanisms that it relies on them in order to develop a financial policy through that guarantees a high quality in providing its services on one hand and better use of its allocated resources to this and improving its performance in the other hand and most importantly, controlling public which is considered the most important pillars of fiscal policy.

The descriptive approach was used to clarify the basic concepts of e-governance, public expenditure rationalization, and present the Algerian experience in this Area.

It has been concluded through the field study that the phenomenon of increasing public expenditure can only be controlled through rationalization of expenditures, for which e-governance is one of its pillars to achieve the required performance.
