Abstract AR
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح المفاهيم الخاصة بكل من إنتاجية، كفاءة، و فعالية البنك، وتوضيح طبيعة العلاقة بينها، و معرفة إلى أي مدى يمكن أن تؤدي زيادة كفاءة و فعالية البنك التجاري إلى رفع إنتاجيته.
وتوصلت إلى أنه بالنسبة لإنتاجية البنك، فالإنتاجية هي حاصل جمع كلا من الكفاءة و الفعالية، ووجدت من خلال آراء الباحثين في البحث، أنه هناك إجماع على أن الإنتاجية اقترنت بفكرة كفاءة الأداء، حيث أن الإنتاجية تهتم بمقارنة مخرجات البرامج و المنظمات بالمدخلات اللازمة لتحقيق تلك المخرجات.
و من ناحية أخرى هناك اتفاق على أن الإنتاجية تتصف بالفعالية أيضا، أي مدى تحقيق المنظمات للأهداف المرسومة لها
Abstract EN
This study aims to clarify the concepts of the productivity, efficiency, and bank effectiveness, clarify the nature of the relationship between them, and to know the extent to which increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial bank can lead to raising its productivity.
The study concluded that, bank productivity is the sum of both their efficiency and effectiveness.
Productivity is concerned with comparing the outputs of programs and organizations with the inputs needed to achieve these outputs.
