Abstract EN

This study deals with the impact of the establishment of Law firm companies on the legal business within the scope of litigation and enforcement as well as arbitration.

The consideration of counsel in the form of a company (moral person) affected various procedural actions, whether from litigation, execution and even arbitration.

In other words, we will focus on the procedural privacy of the profession when practiced by Law firm companies (a moral person), compared to the practice of a lawyer (a natural person).

As a result of the above, we will be exposed to the impact of Law firm companies on the litigation proceedings in terms of signing the papers of arguments, power of attorney and power of attorney, as well as the impact of the establishment of theLaw firm company on some of the rights and obligations of the lawyer, with regard to the rules of forced execution, particularly the company's funds in terms of the extent to which they may be seized and the obligation not to use the means of advertising, and finally we are aware of its impact in the arbitration process.
