The importance of judicial oversight appears as a guarantee for resolving the problem of conflict between the administrative department and the freedoms and rights of people when authority deviates or abuses power from achieving the public interest.

The problem is the following main question: What is the role of judicial oversight on the purpose of the administrative control decision? And what is the penalty for violating the pillar of purpose and deviating from the goal of maintaining public order through judicial oversight? The objectives of the study are to shed light on the role of the judiciary to monitor the purpose corner in the administrative control decision, by presenting the findings of the Qatari and comparative Egyptian judiciary, while separating administrative disputes related to the purpose corner in the administrative control decision, and discussing some legal principles and controls reached by the judiciary in Case of deviation of the administrative body from achieving the goal of the public interest.
