Ther is no doubt that the economic development that has becom known is today’s world and ther expansion of the areas of freedom of competition will have a clear impact on the role of the judiciary in resolving competition disputes, in light of the multiplicity of jurisdiction to consider thes disputes between th competition council and the commercial and primary courts and others, in addition to the absence of training from the judiciary side in concerned with competition and the disputes arising from it,as well as the limited dissemination of the culture of competition, especially in the educatonal milieu, which has suffered in the absence of program related to the field of competition despite recent attempts to introduce articles related to the law of freedom of prices and competition in educationl programs in moroccan universities
