Communication is a social process and a necessary pillar for the continuity of institutions, whether productive or service, where its effective impact lies on the job performance in organizations.

Which requires taking into account the behavioral approach when making any communication.

Accordingly, this research paper aims to shed light on the reality of communication between parents and professors in Algerian educational institutions and to identify the obstacles that prevent the achievement of its objectives and to propose solutions and strategies to activate it and overcome the difficulties it encounters in the light of multiple research and studies in the field of Communication and extracts of years of experience of the researcher in the field of teaching, supervision and training in educational institutions, in order to improve service and improve performance.
