This study seeks to explain the issue of the communication dimension located in the concept of social capital, as the benefit embodied in all social relationships, he need a mechanism that creates and strengthens it, and maintaining its indicators, which is the communication that opens the field of interaction between individuals and groups.

The study also shows the link between the elements of the communication process and the dimensions of social capital.

In addition to explaining the relationship of social capital with the development that has occurred in information technology and its impact on it, with the clarification of the idea of the ence of the communication and the effect of this on social capital, while projecting the case of Algeria as a model.
