يهدف المقال الى الكشف عن التطورات و التحديات التي تواجهها البنوك خاصة ما تعلق بتحديد متطلبات و هيكل رأس المال، السيولة و تركيبة الأصول، مما تطلب صياغة إجراءات و قواعد حديثة من طرف لجنة بازل لمسايرة الاحداث المالية المحلية و الدولية بهدف تحقيق الاستقرار المالي.
لهذا قمنا بتقديم دراسة على بنك سوسيتيه جنرال الفرنسي لكونه ملتزم بتنفيذ اتفاقية بازل 3، من خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع البيانات و تحليلها.
وقد توصلنا الى أن الالتزام بتطبيق قواعد و إجراءات اتفاقية بازل3 تؤدي الى تحقيق التوازن المالي و عدم الوقوع في التعثر المالي.
Abstract EN
The article aims to reveal the developments and challenges faced by banks, especially in terms of determining the requirements and structure of capital, liquidity and asset composition, which requires the drafting of modern procedures and rules by the Basel Committee to keep pace with local and international financial events in order to achieve financial stability.
That's why we have submitted a study on The societe General of France because it is committed to the implementation of Basel3, using the descriptive analytical approach in data collection and analysis.
We have concluded that the obligation to apply basel3 rules and procedures leads to financial balance and does not fall into future financial difficulties,
