تسعى المكتبات العامة إلى تقديم خدمات معلوماتية ذات جودة لتلبية حاجات مستفيديها في مختلف المجالات وذلك بتطبيق كل ما يستجد في مجال المعلومات و تكنولوجيا الشبكات.
و من هنا أصبحت شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي بمختلف أنواعها على شبكة الإنترنت أحد أهم هذه الوسائل التي تساعد المكتبات على تسويق خدماتها المعلوماتية و التي من خلالها استطاعت كسر حاجزي الزمان و المكانومن أشهر شبكات الويب 2.
0 و أسهلها استخداما و تفاعلا موقع "الفيسبوك" الذي ظهر في عام 2004 و أصبح يزخر بأعداد كبيرة من صفحات المكتبات.
و لذا ستهدف هذا الدراسة إلى تحليل محتوى بعض صفحات المكتبات الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية الجزائرية في شبكة التواصل الاجتماعي فيسبوك من خلال تحليل المشاركات و التفاعلات والوقوف على أهم الخدمات والموضوعات التي تتيحها هذه المكتبات

Public libraries aim at providing quality information services to meet the needs of its customers from various fields by means of applying the latest methods in the field of information and network technology.
Hence, social networks of all sorts have become one of the most important means available on the internet that help libraries to market their information services, and break through time and space obstacles.
One of the most popular and user-friendly social networks is Facebook, which appeared in 2004 and is full of libraries accounts.
Therefore, this study aims at analyzing the content of some accounts of Algerian public main libraries on Facebook Through the analysis of posts and interactions, thus identifying the most important services and topics offered by these libraries.

Les bibliothèques publiques ont pour objectif de fournir des services d’information de qualité répondant aux besoins de leurs clients dans divers domaines, en appliquant les méthodes les plus récentes dans le domaine de la technologie de l’information et des réseaux.
Ainsi, les réseaux sociaux de toutes sortes sont devenus l’un des moyens les plus importants disponibles sur Internet pour aider les bibliothèques à commercialiser leurs services d’information et surmonter les obstacles temporels et spatiaux.
L'un des réseaux sociaux les plus populaires et les plus conviviaux est Facebook, qui est apparu en 2004 et regorge de comptes de bibliothèques.
Par conséquent, cette étude vise à analyser le contenu de certains comptes des bibliothèques principales de lectures publiques algériennes sur Facebook à travers l'analyse de publications et d'interactions, en identifiant ainsi les services et les sujets les plus importants offerts par ces bibliothèques.
