Objectives of the study: 1) Developing special preventive exercises to develop tolerance of the relative strength of the muscles of the lower limb2) Identify the effect of preventive exercises on developing the variables under study.
The researchers used the experimental approach and in designing the two experimental and pre-test and control groups, to suit the nature and problem of the research.
The two researchers identified the research sample in an intentional way, and they are youth players under 19 years of age, and they represent the Al-Masafi club participating in the League of First Class clubs in Baghdad governorate, whose number is (24) players, and the researcher's choice of this category came as it represents a link between the category of junior and advanced and the fact that preventive programs It will pay off in keeping the player healthy and strong, to be eligible to represent the first team physically, skillfully, and schematically.
The researchers concluded: through the data and results reached after testing the research sample, that preventive exercises have contributed to developing tolerance of the relative strength of the muscles of the lower limb among members of the experimental research sample.
The researchers recommended several things, including: 1) The necessity of using exercises developed by the researcher in all clubs in Baghdad governorate and for the youth group, as it is useful for preventing muscle injuries, including injury to the posterior thigh muscles.2) Interest in adopting the scientific method in modern training, which means the comprehensive development of all the muscles of the player, especially those that have to do with the variety of activity involved.
