The study aimed at identifying the role played by psychological capital in achieving organizational excellence in the Palestinian Electricity DistributionThe study's goal was to determine the significance of psychological capital in the Palestinian Electricity Distribution Company's pursuit of organizational excellence.

The study used a descriptive analytical approach to attain this purpose, and it was conducted on a random sample of 173 employees at the organization.

The investigation demonstrated a growing interest in the psychological capital of the target company.

The respondents also believe the company has a high rate of organizational excellence, according to the findings.

On the other hand, the study discovered a statistically significant link between psychological capital and organizational excellence across all dimensions.

Only hope, as a psychological capital dimension, was found to have a statistically significant effect on organizational excellence, while the other dimensions did not.
