The idea of the research is to study the relationship between the level of psychological skills and the level of sports motivation among the municipal football club players, by measuring the level of psychological skills in all its dimensions, in addition to measuring the level of sports motivation in all dimensions, and then finding the relationship between them in order to select the players who have levels Good psychological skill as well as a high level of motivation and they have the ability to orb and practical application in the field to involve them in the basic formation of the team and improve technical and skill performance to achieve positive results for their team.

The researcher used the descriptive approach for its suitability and the nature of the research, and the research sample was represented by the municipal football club players for the season 2020-2021, who numbered (27) players.
