: The study attempted to research the electronic consumer's right to withdraw from the contract, as one of the legislative mechanisms developed to protect his consent, which he may have rushed to issue without thinking or imprudently, due of the influence of advertising means, as well as his lack or ence of knowledge regarding the contractual process within the framework of electronic contracts.

This is by giving him a specific period during which he can withdraw from the contract he concluded unilaterally, and without giving justifications and reasons for that retraction, in violation of the principle of binding force of the contract; In light of recent European consumer protection legislation, especially the French Consumer Law which derives its provisions from European Directive number 83-11 on consumer rights.
