Grave acts and crimes are committed on children mentioned in the statutes of the International Criminal Courts.

However, the act of deportation or forcible transfer of the child from one group to another group remains the largest crime committed against the child that makes the need for the intervention of the United Nations agencies and the international criminal judiciary to prevent and suppress this crime a requirement.

It must be achieved to protect this child from the most serious act of genocide.
