This study aims to shed light on The crime of influence peddling as one of the most serious crimes of corruption because of its gravity, and its impact on the good functioning of the public utility, which negatively affected the integrity of the public function and public fund.

In view of the gravity and specificity of this crime, the Algerian legislator set out the various provisions related to it.

And in the context of addressing its provisions, whether public or private, it was concluded that the Algerian legislator has agreed to a large extent in formulating a criminal policy to confront it.
