Abstract EN

The study aimed to show the relationship between the career plateau in its three dimensions: structural plateau, content plateau, personal plateau and job burnout according to dimensions: emotional stress, sag feelings, lack of achievement, and relied on questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, including a sample estimated to 64 of the administrators working in the municipality of kouba in Algiers, the data was emptied and analyzed using appropriate statistical methods for the purpose of testing the hypotheses of the study, One of the most important findings of the study is that the level of both research variables was average based on the answers of the respondents, and the study also concluded that there is a correlation and moral effect between the career plateau in its dimensions and job burnout.
