The study aimed to: identify the most important obstacles facing the process of integrating children with special needs in the primary education stage, know the experiences of some countries in the field of integrating children with special needs in the primary education stage, and reach some mechanisms that ensure the success of integrating children with special needs in the primary stage, Striving to provide the best services for children with special needs in the primary education stage The study used: the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was its tool.

The basic study sample consisted of (135) educational supervisors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are the following: - 1.

There is a statistically significant difference between the mean of the difference between males and females for the mechanisms of developing the integration of people with special needs in the primary stage in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the study sample in favor of : (males).

There is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) between the average scores of those with a level of: (experience less than 10 years) and their families who are (more than 10 years) in favor of those with an experience level (more than 10 years).

There is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of the members of the public schools and their families who are in the schools, and these differences are in favor of the affiliates: (for private schools).

There is a statistically significant difference at level (5) between the mean scores of (Saudis and non-Saudis), and these differences are in favor of : (Saudis).

In its theoretical framework, the study reached a number of results, including: teamwork that encourages the implementation and application of the idea of integration, the presence of many teachers who have the willingness and desire to work for the success of the integration process, the cooperation of the education sector at the region level of coordinators, supervisors and educational leaders Within the limits of the possibilities available.

Lack of and delay in providing the material, scientific and educational means to implement the integration process, lack and weakness of coordination at the planning and executive level between the departments entrusted with implementing the merger process, weakness and shortcomings of educational planning and lack of clarity of objectives and educational policy, and the special education strategy at the school and educational administration level.
