Arabic Abstract

تحديد أهم تلك التحديات التي تواجه تطبيق التعليم الرقمي في ضوء متغيرات العصر، و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أهم التحديات التي تواجه تطبيق التعليم الرقمي تتمثل في : تمكين المعلم الذي يعد الركيزة الأساسية في بناء منظومة التعليم، عدم توافر أجهزة الحاسب الآلي و ملحقاتها بالكم و الكيف الكافيين، تطبيق التعلم الإلكتروني في البيئة التعليمية التقليدية دون تطويرها، عدم الاهتمام بتنوع مصادر تمويل التعلم الإلكتروني، و أهمية التصدي المبكر لقضايا تعليم الطلبة المستجد و من أشهرها ظاهرة التنمر الإلكتروني.

English Abstract

The study aimed at determining the most important in view of variables of the era.

The study found that the most important challenges facing the application of digital learning are: Empowering the teacher, who is the main pillar in building the education system, Unavailability of computers and their accessories in sufficient quantity and quality, Application of e-learning in the traditional educational environment without developing it, Lack of attention to the diversity of e-learning funding sources and And the importance of early response to issues of education for new students.
