SummaryThe one who looks at the rules of buying and selling in Islam will find that the glorious Shari'a revealed to us from the All-Wise, the All-Knowing, upon the heart of the honest and truthful Messenger, has guaranteed us the preservation of rights, ensuring the performance of duties in a way that preserves the Islamic society and lays the foundations of justice in it, not as the defenders of man-made law claim.

That: "The law does not protect fools", thus opening the doors of deception and deception among members of society without deterrence.

Among these rights that God Almighty guarantees to preserve is the right of the council to choose to sell, so what do the jurists mean by this right? And what is his ruling? And what are its effects? What is the wisdom of legislating this right? And I chose what is related to it in the criminal section.

I chose a detailed, inductive, comparative approach, so I extracted the jurisprudential opinions, issues and definitions from their perspectives in the books of jurisprudence, language and explanations, and then compared them and suggested what seemed to me most likely.

The topic necessitated to be divided into two sections; In the first topic, I talked about the two terms of research, the council and the crimes, on two demands.

In the second topic, I chose three doctrinal issues related to felonies and related to the council, and I discussed them on three demands.

Then the conclusion has included the most important results of my research.
