Heavenly laws are based on accuracy in general, and Islamic legislation in particular is based on extreme accuracy in description and treatment, and with the diversity of its approaches representing ways of thinking and behavior, and making the mind a tool for understanding legislation, it has become necessary for those working in this field to clarify those subtleties so that the answer to accuracy and comprehensiveness emerges at the same time.

Its comprehensiveness has emerged and expanded, and since the reasoning in the science of jurisprudence has an important place, the research has made it clear that the difference between reason and wisdom determines the level of understanding in the limited human mind, which cannot see the unseen, for example, so the research has made it clear that the provisions have a bug and wisdom that differ from one rule to another.
