Abstract AR
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على نظريتي التعلم البنائية و السلوكية على أنهما الأساس الذي انطلق منه علم النفس التربوي لدراسة التعلم، كما ركز هذا البحث على التطبيقات التربوية لهذين النظريتين، من خلال الكشف على عن مضمون المقاربة بالأهداف باعتبارها تطبيقا لمبادئ النظرية السلوكية و كذا المقاربة بالكفاءات باعتبارها تفعيلا لتصورات النظرية البنائية.
و تنطلق أهمية هاته الدراسة من كونها تسعى إلى إبراز دور نظريتي التعلم السلوكية و البنائية في إعطاء قيمة حقيقية للعمل التدريسي؛ وذلك بجعله عملا و اعيا.
وقد توصلت هاته الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج لعل أهمها هو إخضاع المدرسيين لدورات تكوينية تمس جانب التأسيس المعرفي في نظريتي التعلم البنائية و السلوكية، إضافة إلى تكوين يمس جوانب العمل الإجرائي بالمقاربة بالأهداف، و كذا المقاربة بالكفاءات، و مما ينبغي التنبيه إليه كذلك إعداد صيغ للأسئلة تمس نظريات التعلم و المقاربات الديداكتيكية أثناء إجراء مسابقة توظيف الأساتذة و المعلمين لدى قطاع التربية.

Abstract EN
This research aims to shed light on the constructivist and behavioral learning theories as the basis from which educational psychology started to study learning, and this research focused on the educational applications of these two theories, by revealing the content of the approach with the goals as an application of the principles of behavioral theory and as well as the approach.
The competencies as an activation of perceptions of constructivism theory.
The importance of this study stems from the fact that it seeks to highlight the role of the behavioral and constructivist learning theories in giving real value to the teaching work.
By making it a conscious action.
This study has reached a set of results, perhaps the most important of which is subjecting teachers to training courses that affect the cognitive foundation aspect of constructive and behavioral learning theories.
